The Project “All Included” è proposto nel contesto dell’ Avviso 18/2017, finalizzato alla realizzazione di percorsi formativi rivolti alle persone con disabilità il cui ente attuatore è il C.I.R.P.E. Centro Iniziative Ricerche e Programmazione Economica di Palermo.

The operational phases of the project are divided into classroom training and internships in firms and/ or in technical/ practical laboratory. Themain goal is to provide and develop the professional skills of the participants who are disabled people with physical, mental, sensory or intellectual disabilities with a recognized disability’s degree, who respond with enthusiasm and great desire to learn the art of a new craft still unknown to them.

In the Palermo school (Via Arimondi 48) there was a course for"Responsible for the accommodation and Maintenance of the Green Areas", formed by 10 young people who acquired skills related to the maintenance techniques of green areas, parks, and gardens. For this reason, thanks to them, they can intervene at the executive level in the activities related to tree, herbaceous, and horticulture using correctly and safely specific equipment and machinery of the role. During their training, some hours will be held at the nursery "Ibervillea" in Palermo, a moment of high training for the boys who will make them protagonists of a real work activity in which they can put into practice the skills acquired.

TheIT coursetakes place, instead, at the headquarters cirpe of Catania (Via Oratorio 1) which features 10 guys who carry out activities related to the processing of computer data through web resources such as web application, cloud services and social networks. The figure of the Computer Operator of web resources is today a profession that takes more and more field as technology and the web are constantly evolving and for this reason, this figure, is essential to improve office activities with particular regard to the sharing of information and resources.

The students of the headquarters of San Cataldo - CL (Piazza San Francesco), interested in the course for "Collaborator of Kitchen", perform catering activities related to the creation of meals with basic skills in the choice, preparation, storage and storage of raw materials and semi-finished products and finally in the realization of cooked dishes. The students also had the opportunity to take part in the solidarity dinner "A moment of fraternity" held at the oratory "Chiara Luce Badano" (see article) (vedi articolo) in which they set up a real banquet aimed at about a hundred people and families in need of the community serradifalchese.

The project "All Included" involves and gives the opportunity to learn a trade to children with disabilities, who have married with great enthusiasm and desire to learn this training path and also makes them an integral part of a working group and protagonists of useful activities for others.
